Health and community systems are critical and the backbone to a strong and resilient health sector. Hennet recognizes that strong systems will not only enable us to access services, but is the anchoring that keeps health sector strong and able to withstand many shocks, emergencies and pandemics.
The Community plays a big role in disease prevention, health promotion, demand creation and surveillance. This has been proven over time that grassroot and community solutions have lasting effect.
Resilient health systems are essential for enduring public health shocks such as pandemics and natural disasters. HENNET strengthens both formal health systems and grassroots community structures.
