HENNET’s 8 regional blocks create platforms for joint programming and crisis response, reducing duplication and maximizing resource efficiency. Members gain access to shared databases, funding leads, and technical partnerships.
In 2024, we facilitated 37 cross-NGO collaborations, including a joint TB/HIV outreach program covering 5 high-burden counties.

Our digital coordination platform (launched 2023) connects 89% of members for real-time knowledge exchange. Annual networking forums attract 300+ participants, including donors and government reps.
