We are pleased to invite you to participate in a Stakeholder Validation Meeting on the Quality Healthcare and Patient Safety Bill, 2025 (National Assembly Bill No. 41 of 2025).

The Senate Standing Committee on Health has called for public submissions on the Bill, providing an important opportunity for stakeholders to contribute to the development of a comprehensive legal and institutional framework for quality healthcare and patient safety in Kenya.

The validation meeting will provide a platform for stakeholders to review key provisions of the Bill, discuss its implications for the health sector, and validate a joint memorandum for submission to the Senate.
